Team Selection and Attendance

OK guys we really need your help on this one - first of all we need to know who wants to swim for SASC in any of the Moors galas, and secondly we need to know that you will be available
My intention is to swim a team throughout the year that is all about participation, so every swimmer will get at least one individual swim and at least two relay swims. The exception will be the Moors Final where I will select the best team to see how we do against other clubs so swimmers may only get two relay swims.
So during December I will be coming round and checking three things :-
1) Do you intend being a member next year ?
2) Do you want to swim in the gala series?
3) Will you be available for most of them ?
